Sara's investigation leads her to the legendary Aokigahara Forest, settled at the bottom of Fuji-san. among expatriate Aiden, she enters the mysterious geographic area once being warned to "stay on the trail." Her investigation plunges her into a dark world wherever the angry and tormented souls of the dead feed on those that dare to explore the forest.
